Salon Policies

A 25% Deposit is required for all services except tape-in extensions which has a 50% deposit, all deposits are non-refundable. A deposit can be transferred once as long as the appointment is cancelled 24hrs before your schedule service. The cancelled appointment must be rescheduled within 72 hrs for a later date.

A no-show or cancellation within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit and a new deposit will be required when a new appointment is scheduled.

Services are provided for children ages 13 and older only.

Unfortunately children or any person not being serviced ( unless you are a parent of a minor) is not allowed to be in the salon unless they are being serviced.
